Hey friends!
We celebrated our oldest second birthday last month with a Mickey Mouse party – as requested. We love Mickey but I was not loving any of the cheesy party decorations that I was finding online.
I did a quick Pinterest search and found some super cute black and white aesthetic birthday parties and went from there!
Honestly, one of my most favorite parts of motherhood so far has been throwing birthday parties for my babies. As soon as we wrapped up this party I told Eric that I cannot wait to plan our youngest first birthday party, which isn’t even for seven months 😂
Anyways, I love a party, I love neutral colors, so this was the perfect theme!
I will link all of the party supplies we used here:
A few behind-the-scenes notes:
• We used the easel from our wedding for the welcome sign
• I could not find a set of the word “two” to make the backdrop so I had to individually order all of the letters. Lol
• I mismeasured the ball pit and only had enough balls to barely cover the bottom of it. The kids did not care, but it definitely looked funny.

If you have any questions feel free to leave them on this post or message me on Instagram.
