hey friends and happy almost Valentine’s Day! This year I hosted a little Galentine’s day celebration for my girlfriends! We had the best time catching up, drinking some Rosé, and playing games.
This post is perfect for you, if you are interested in hosting any type of girls day/brunch!

WHO: a bunch of your closest girlfriends!
I think that a group of eight people is the perfect number of attendees for an event like this, its intimate enough, but also not too overwhelming to host a huge crowd.
Plus you can set two tables of four and call it a party!
WHAT: A wrote up an itinerary for the party and it played out like this –
welcome champagne & mingle
take a seat & snack
Rosé tasting
grab a drink of choice & play the “drink if…” game
photo booth
bouquet bar
Quiplash
prizes and goodie bags
WHERE: I hosted this at my home, and that was the perfect place for the occasion. If this was a bridal shower or engagement party I would probably have it held at an event venue.
WHEN: Personally, I think that Galentine’s Girls Days can be celebrated before or even the week/weekend after Valentine’s Day.

The “Welcome Champagne” was a hit! A little glass of sparkling Rosé with a cotton candy topper was a fun conversation starter and made the first few minutes of mingling a breeze.

Bouquet Bar was a huge success! Everyone loved creating their own bouquet and there is nothing better than fresh flowers! I was able to order flowers online for delivery two days before my event, I placed them in their containers with water & they were ready to go. We use floral paper, but even tissue paper would work. I laid out some scissors and ribbon and it was ready! It was such an easy activity to set up and I will definitely be doing this again, at my next event!

Rosé Tasting was so much fun! It was an easy way to try some wine and pick your poison for the rest of the party too! We use Wolffer Estate 2021 Summer in a Bottle Rosé, Whispering Angel Rosé, Meiomi Rosé, and Big Sipper Rosé (i think this one is a Total Wine private label I’m not entirely sure.)

Photo booths are always funny! We loved the Galentine’s Day props and the wigs are always a hit! haha
I must have missed photos of the goodie bags but my favorite things I give in these are silk scrunchies, candy, lip gloss & mints!
Here is all of the party supplies I used:

Here are the signs I made for the party. You can save them & print for your party too!

Besides all of the decor & wine that was had spending a couple of hours with your girlfriends is so good for the soul!
xoxo, Sarah
